We are now offering virtual consultations for local patients.
You can meet with our staff and orthodontists from the comfort of your home.

Please follow these steps and show as much teeth as possible in the photos:

Smile and take a selfie with your teeth together.
Take a photo of your profile with your teeth together
Take a close up photo of your teeth while biting on your back teeth. Take this same photo from the left and from the right
Lean back and take a photo of your top teeth
Lean forward and take a photo of your bottom teeth

Please text these photos to (206) 623-2192 along with your contact information. During the initial consultation, we will review your photographs and discuss your specific treatment needs. Please expect to spend at least an hour with your orthodontist and our team so that we can review your proposed treatment plan, timeline and financial commitment.
